Le festival, qui durera trois jours et qui sera l'occasion pour la présentation de plusieurs exposés culturels et l'organisation de soirées artistiques, a pour but d'ancrer la culture de la pêche maritime et la faire connaître, en mettant en exergue le rôle de la pêche dans le développement économique du pays.The three-day festival, which will feature several cultural presentations and evening performances, aims to root and raise awareness of the culture of maritime fishing, highlighting the role of fishing in the country's economic development.El festival, que durará tres días y en el que se presentarán varias ponencias culturales y se organizarán veladas artísticas, tiene como objetivo arraigar y dar a conocer la cultura de la pesca marítima, destacando el papel de la pesca en el desarrollo económico del país.و يهدف المهرجان، الذي يستمر ثلاثة أيام و يتخلله تقديم عدة عروض ثقافية و تنظيم سهرات فنية، إلى ترسيخ ثقافة الصيد البحري و التعريف بها، و إبراز دور الصيد في التنمية الاقتصادية للبلد.

Plusieurs sociétés et institutions participent à cette manifestation dont l'académie maritime relevant de l'état-major général des armées, le port autonome de Nouadhibou, la fédération nationale des pêches avec ses deux sections industrielle et artisanale, la Société Mauritanienne de Commercialisation du Poisson et l'Office National d'Inspection Sanitaire des Produits de Pêche et de Pisciculture.Several companies and institutions are taking part, including the Maritime Academy under the General Staff of the Armed Forces, the Autonomous Port of Nouadhibou, the National Fisheries Federation with its industrial and artisanal sections, the Mauritanian Fish Marketing Company and the National Office for Health Inspection of Fishery and Aquaculture Products.Participan en el evento varias empresas e instituciones, entre ellas la Academia Marítima dependiente del Estado Mayor General de los Ejércitos, el Puerto Autónomo de Nouadhibou, la Federación Nacional de Pesca con sus secciones industrial y artesanal, la Sociedad Mauritana de Comercialización de Pescado y la Oficina Nacional de Inspección Sanitaria de los Productos de la Pesca y la Acuicultura.و تشارك في هذه التظاهرة عدة شركات و مؤسسات، من بينها الأكاديمية البحرية التابعة للأركان العامة للجيوش، و ميناء انواذيبو المستقل، و الاتحادية الوطنية للصيد بقسميها الصناعي و التقليدي، و الشركة الموريتانية لتسويق الأسماك، و المكتب الوطني للتفتيش الصحي لمنتجات الصيد و الاستزراع المائي.

Dans un mot prononcé pour la circonstance, Mme Khadijetou Mint Bouka, secrétaire générale du ministère des pêches et de l'économie maritime, a indiqué que le festival, organisé régulièrement par la wilaya de Dakhlet Nouadhibou en collaboration avec le secteur des pêches, œuvre pour ancrer la culture de la pêche maritime, à la faire connaître et à mettre en exergue son rôle dans le développement économique du pays.In a speech for the occasion, Ms Khadijetou Mint Bouka, Secretary General of the Ministry of Fisheries and the Maritime Economy, said that the festival, regularly organised by the Dakhlet Nouadhibou region together with the fisheries sector, works to root the culture of maritime fishing, raise awareness of it and highlight its role in the country's economic development.En un discurso pronunciado para la ocasión, la Sra. Khadijetou Mint Bouka, secretaria general del Ministerio de Pesca y Economía Marítima, indicó que el festival, organizado periódicamente por la región de Dakhlet Nouadhibou en colaboración con el sector pesquero, contribuye a arraigar la cultura de la pesca marítima, a darla a conocer y a destacar su papel en el desarrollo económico del país.و في كلمة بالمناسبة، أوضحت السيدة خديجتو منت بوكه، الأمينة العامة لوزارة الصيد و الاقتصاد البحري، أن المهرجان الذي تنظمه ولاية داخلت انواذيبو بانتظام بالتعاون مع قطاع الصيد، يعمل على ترسيخ ثقافة الصيد البحري و التعريف بها و إبراز دورها في التنمية الاقتصادية للبلد.

Elle a ajouté que l'assistance à ce festival reflète, à travers sa diversification, la valeur civilisationnelle d'un patrimoine dont nous sommes fiers, a-t-elle dit, insistant sur la nécessité d'exploiter le succès remporté par la précédente édition pour que la Mauritanie ait, à l'instar des pays qui ont une tradition maritime, son festival international des pêches, renforçant ainsi sa place en la matière au niveau international et régional.She added that attendance at the festival, in all its diversity, reflects the civilisational value of a heritage of which we are proud, and stressed the need to build on the success of the previous edition so that Mauritania, like other countries with a maritime tradition, can have its own international fisheries festival, thereby strengthening its regional and international standing in this field.Añadió que la asistencia a este festival refleja, en su diversidad, el valor civilizatorio de un patrimonio del que estamos orgullosos, e insistió en la necesidad de aprovechar el éxito de la edición anterior para que Mauritania, a semejanza de los países con tradición marítima, cuente con su propio festival internacional de la pesca, reforzando así su posición en la materia a nivel regional e internacional.و أضافت أن الحضور في هذا المهرجان يعكس، بتنوعه، القيمة الحضارية لتراث نعتز به، مؤكدة على ضرورة استثمار النجاح الذي حققته النسخة السابقة حتى يكون لموريتانيا، على غرار الدول ذات التقاليد البحرية، مهرجانها الدولي للصيد، بما يعزز مكانتها في هذا المجال على المستويين الإقليمي و الدولي.

À son tour, M. En marge du festival, la secrétaire générale, accompagnée du wali de Dakhlet-Nouadhibou, a visité une exposition organisée pour l'occasion sur le rôle de ces établissements dans la valorisation et la préservation des produits de pêche. L'exposition comporte un pavillon artisanal spécifique aux villages imraguens et met en exergue leur rôle dans l'ancrage de la culture de pêche maritime.On the sidelines of the festival, the Secretary General, accompanied by the Wali of Dakhlet Nouadhibou, visited an exhibition organised for the occasion on the role of these institutions in adding value to and preserving fishery products.
